this has happened to me before on a toyota.
i'm sorry if i have a problem i have to ride with them or i drive. LOL.

haven't had the xfire long enough yet, had to have them replace the
wiper blades they were dry rotted, could not get any free oil changed.

ask the service dept what can they do bout that...raise Hell with them they might be willing to help you out ... or through you out, one of the 2.
