What kind of noise? Can you elaborate?

If the spoiler makes a squeaking/creaking sound when it deploys/retracts, then you most likely have a common problem which was actually covered by a TSB a couple of years ago. You can fix it yourself by taking inside cover off of the hatch and lubricating the gears with a good quality grease. It should take you about 30 minutes to do if you're mildly mechanically inclined.
