That is incorrect. About a week after purchasing my used SRT-6, I received a copy of the service contract directly from Chrysler in the mail. I also had a dealer pull up a VIP Summary report on the car, and it clearly shows that the car comes with it and is good for a free loaner for up to 5 business days for each warranty repair stay in the shop. I can scan it and post it if you like. If you still have your original 3 year/36,000 miles warranty, and your dealer has told you no loaner, then they either lied or were ignorant to the fact.
