Since warranty isn't a factor, try taking it to a place that specializes in convertible top replacement. They may have some sort of "industrial strength adhesive", or technique that may work.
I think they call it, "Tricks of the trade".
But if the window is "vulcanized" in place, then there may not be much you can do about it.
