There is no need for an alignment when doing a sway bar swap, unless you have to tear the suspension and tie rods apart to gain access to them.
You might be able to modify the stock sway bars to act more like the aggressive srt bars, but it will require some tinkering and engineering on your part. This would be a better option as you save a bit of money and it helps keep that weight down.
I have looked at the rear bar an I think I can stiffen it up considerable without doing a complete swap out. I would also like to replace that chincy plastic sway bar end-link connector not sure if it's trust worthy.
