You are right, the dealer is Full of SH*T! Go to the Crossfire Coupe general forum and look at my two threads. One about the Loaner car program and the other about the mystical VIP Summary Report that we aren't supposed to know exists. Show them these items, and demand what you are owed! If they still say no, call Chrysler directly.
