A lot of people may not know this yet, but ALL Mopar vehicles starting in '06 I believe or it may be the '07 models. The drivers seats will not raise up. The reason I know this is because the wife and I were looking at getting her a new vehicle this past summer. We were looking at a Commander Limited & a Grand Cherokee Limited and she noticed the drivers seat would not raise up on either vehicle. We have had two Grand Cherokee Limited's in the past and on both of them the drivers and I think the passenger's seats raised up. So I asked the salesman what was up with the seats not raising up, he told me because of the air bag systems they quit the seat raising up option on all Chrysler products, so she decided on another Envoy.
