From what I've seen, these two look like the best choices for all weather tires for an SRT.
The Goodyear Eagle F1 All Weather may also be a possibility.

I'm ruling out anything pricier than the Yokohamas, and since this is a year round car for me, I need to stick with all weather tires.

I did read some reviews that criticize the Nitto as having too weak a sidewall.
