So, is it certified? I thought I remember you saying it was...could be wrong.

Anyway, do a search for NeverEnough's posts regarding warranty - he just did a nice long write-up to help inform us of our rights and our warranty details.

Sadly, most of the dealers don't even know their own warranty.

I have an appointment to drop the car off thursday morning. They are going to address the transmission problem, the headlights fogging, a little flaking paint on 2 pieces of trim, the lost compass, a rattle from the rear deack/spoiler and they are going to have a loaner car ready for me. If this goes the way they are saying I will be treated real good. Of course it helps that my sister works in the main office at Chrysler and made a few phone calls for me.

And it is definately the transmission, not the SC. There are no forward gears at all when this happens.
