You keep saying things like that about the SRT-6. First you said they only dynoed 250 HP, now you think a mild LS1 GTO is a Challenge? I think not. You really do underestimate these cars abilities. I take it that you have never driven/ridden in one.
I use to visit the SVT Performance site a lot, you don't want to mess with an 03 or 04 Cobra. I think even stock they would eat up an SRT6 pretty bad, but a modded one is nothing but pure MONSTER, it's unbelieveable what they'll do. I was wanting to buy an 03 that was fairly local to me with only 7K on it, better than show room new and had never even seen rain. It was modded big time, pushing 710 HP at the rear wheels, I could have picked it up for 30K. But my wife said I was not going to pay 30K for a car that didn't even have any warranty left on it. It really pi$$ed me off, so when I went looking for a new car I figured I would buy one she that she didn't like. I already knew she didn't like my 04 Xfire, sooo when I ran across the new SRT-6
