Default Re: Clock problem

After repeated complaints about the clock gaining a minute per day Classic Chrysler of Madison, Ohio replaced the entire instrument cluster. It took them a week and a half because they had to synchronize the mileage on the car to the new cluster.

As I pulled out of Classic Chrysler afterwards a screw fell out of the dash. The clock keeps time but the temperature guage now reads 10º high. The instrument cluster now squeaks and rattles at the slightest bump.

My experience with Chrysler dealers has been that they either don't fix anything or do more damage than they repair.
