Gerhard Shriff (Bell Intercoolers) did the calculations for the SRT6 engine and came-up with a 7gal. per min. flow rate to maintain a 400hp output. That's why we decided on that specific Johnson pump #10-24540-03... Granted, you will have to increase the OEM tube diameter from 5/8" OD to 3/4" OD, but it's really an easy job...
