You will see how easy it is to replace the filter once you do it. I don't drive mine much so I just used a $4 STP paper filter from Autozone. I figure I will change it out about every 6 months or 3000 miles. Heck I might change it out every 1000 miles. I think you have to consider a fleece one if you know you aren't going to change your filter often or don't want to worry about it for 7000 miles or more. I don't even think I'll keep my oil in that long. I will change my oil when it's dirty and that's what I'll use as a gauge. You should have a fun time. Knowing you saved all that money and didn't spend an extra $50 bucks on a topsider pump.
