engine cover, at this point if it were to be put back on it would just be held on with the one centerd clip, i ran like that for a while and it stayed put without any concerns. if needed we could build a bracket to help support it so its rock solid (or at least stronger then oem)

as for the whistle, please aim me the info at which rpm / tps scenario your seeing this at
