you need to go onto Ebay and get one of the guys that sell the Carbon Fiber hoods to help you out.
I've been down this road when I had a custom 3000GT hood made.
Before they could begin making the mold they had to have their costs covered. This was done by starting an "initial group buy" .. We got 10 or 15 people (can't remember it was a while ago) to pay up-front and they made the hoods for us. I had to tell them, in detail, what I wanted and drew some rough sketches of it as well. The hoods came out perfect.
We basically took a 1st Gen 3000GT hood and made it look like the 2nd Gen hood. The first gens had these goofy bolt on bulges to allow more room for the struts while the 2nd gens had the bulges as part of the hood with nice smooth lines, and a higher bulge in the center as well..
If they can do somehtig as difficult as taking 2 hoods and merging them into one hood I'm sure they can make a Crossfire hood. If you can get them a Used Hood, rather than having them buy one from the dealer it will cut your initial costs a lot!..
I would try K2 Automotive from Ebay, they are pretty good and have a lot of pull with the manufacturing company that makes the CF hoods.
Oh, and if you'd rather have Fiber glass it's even cheaper.
