I'm thinking I can likely make one of these work:

The Y-Pipe inlets are ~3" (although not a perfect circular shape), so a 3" coupler should be able to fit onto the Y as long as it is flexible.

The Airbox outlets worked with the 2" couplers I already bought. Again, they aren't a perfect circle, but the 2" piece fit fine.

I may buy a pair and see if they fit. I think they may be too short though.
