HDDP,

The manifolds in question will be the Intake Manifold. We will provide gasket matching as well as full ports. As far as the exhaust question, the manifolds are not something that every owner can simply bolt on, or would simply bolt on. My experience with cars is that you will sell three exhaust systems for every one set of headers. This is an issue that will be looked at in the near future, provided slaes go well with the other products. Header research is expensive.
The dimensions on the headers measure 1.5" on the primaries I believe and go into a 2.25" collector. Our main focus is to allow a system that will bolt up to both the N/A and SRT-6 motors. I have a 2.5" system on my car and everything runs great, no loss of torque on the bottom end. If there is a greater interest we will develop different systems for the different cars.

As far as the pulley is concerned, we are looking at doing an underdrive crank pulley. I'm not not positive on the size, but figure 22-30% underdrive.

Like I mentioned before all of these modifications will be dynoed and track tested. We are located in the central New Jersey area, and will offer installation of all our products if need be.

The stroker kit is a great idea, but I've had difficulty finding decently priced MB parts. I sourced two ML320 engines in Cali, but they were a little overpriced and the shipping was crazy. I think this will be a project best saved for a later day. Once we have squeezed a decent amount of power from the stock size we will offer stroker and big bore kits.

Everything is planned over about a 14 month timeline for development and production. Look at it this way, in a little over a year our cars wil be as fast as they look.
