The baffling in the OEM air intake system quites all that noise down which is why you don't hear it on the stock system.

This sounds doesn't bother me. I'm just being a perfectionist I guess. If I can eliminate it, I'll be happy, but I'm not going to make a project out of it. It's so minor I only noticed it a couple of times at low speed with the windows down until I started listening for it. Most probably will not notice it.
