If the seat gets extremely hot on the low setting, then your situation is the same as others. My drivers seat (bottom & back) went out first and then the passenger seat (back only). Both seats did get extremely hot on the low setting before fizzeling out.
Best case scenario, you dealer will replace the seats rather than tearing your seats apart to replace the heating elements....which is the worst case scenario.
This scenario points to a control module malfunction rather than the heating element going bad. The heating element might fail ultimately as a result, but first I would fix the module.
