This guy doesn't even know his right from left (read the first sentence). He appears to be a self proclaimed oil guy, what ever that is, why is he talking about air filters? He isn't claiming to be the air filter guy. Also I browsed through the article and didn't read anywhere where he referenced oil contamination.
That note about getting oil on the MAF sensor and causing it to fail is B.S. too. K&N submerged a MAF sensor in their oil to prove that it [the oil] will not cause the sensor to fail. The result? Read here for the answer.
