Depending on your driving style, weather, average trips, phases of the moon, who's in office, etc. your oil changes can be anywhere from 7,000 to 10,000 miles! That's why they call it the "Flexible" service!
Has anyone ever really seen it be "flexible"? After two oil changes, both times mine went off at 7,000 miles. Not sure what is considered "average" driving. Since I do quite a bit of highway driving, and still get only 7k miles, what does it read for someone who does city only stop and go driving?
