yeah, but mine comes from one of the center vents and can only really be heard when on 3 to 4 fan speed. After that, the air flow covers the sound. I have no idea what it is and now I just avoid those speeds which also helps me avoid the Chrysler dealer.
Clean out the blower motor. The noise will go away.
