This has been discussed extensively on here. Just search for Chirp or Super Charger Chirp. It usually happens at around 2500 rpm, when the SC engages.
It is most likely the supercharger electromagnetic clutch engaging. This happens to my car as well, but has become very infrequent and almost non existant. The Mercedes AMG guys (AMG 32, AMG 55, most of the other SCharged versions) have this happen too. They have tons of self remedies for this including graphite compounds and etc. being applid to the spindle. Many people say this occurs just before the SC clutch goes out. I wouldn't worry about it yet. If you take it to the dealer, they will either do more work than is necessary, keeping your car for weeks, or they will say it's nothing and leave you with headaches. I say, just drive it until it stops with usage (especially if the car was sitting for long periods) or the SC clutch goes out completely (trust me, you'll notice).
Hope that helps!
