My srt has a high pitched squeek/chirp coming from somewhere (engine or trans) between first and second gear. It seems to be more frequent when cold but on occasion does it just for the heck of it. Sometimes it sounds like the trans since it does it at shift points. On the other hand it almost sounds like the engine belt slipping only for a moment (lasting 1/2 to 1 second) like when the supercharger has a load on it at the top of the gear. If any one has any ideas as to what it might be or maybe the same problem- -all help would be appreciated.
Is it while you are getting into it hard, like close to redline?
