When my Crossfire was new there was no wind or road noise up to about 75 mph when I would get some wind noise from the tops of the side windows. I first realized there was a problem with the car at seven months when I started to get road noise from the bottom of the driver's door. The source became apparent when snow fell on the car during a morning at work then melted. The resulting runoff then refroze across the rubber door seal where it turns in at the bottom of the door opening.

I've tried to get this problem fixed on several trips to four dealers (two dealers refused to work on the car, another dealer spent a couple of hours on it, said it was OK and then refused to work on it again). The original dealer has worked on it six times and has only made the problem worse.
