Was it a motor oil leak or a tranny fluid leak? The reason I ask is because if it was a tranny leak there is a recall for the tranny "O" ring leak that should have been performed by the dealer during prep for delivery (that is if you have an attentive dealer and a compentent/intuitive tech). Evidently IMHO the tech/dealer does not know what they are doing and maybe you should seek out another dealer with a competent tech, if the car is still under warranty they have to fix it......may not be in the time frame that you would like........but they have to solve the problem. Suggest that they transport the car to another dealer at thier expense or at Chrysler expense to see if the issue can be better addressed.
