Found this on there website. MultiVex mirrors may be mounted directly over "heated" OEM mirrors, which will transfer the heat to the MultiVex for defogging and defrosting. MultiVex mirrors may be mounted directly over high-intensity "LED" signal arrow mirrors, while retaining the signal arrow function, because the reflective coating on the MultiVex is semi-transparent and the signal arrow shines through.
