Thanks L1-S1-SVT, I was beginning to think mine was the only one that did this. But unlike you I kinda like it and that was why I posted it as one of the best feature of the xfire. I have not checked under the passenger seat to see if there are springs there too. If there are springs I would look at it more closely to see if there is a way to maybe release them so they are unloaded(not compressed)
