I agree bolt on stuff looks like crap. Thats why you build a very well designed and engineered custom hitch that very low profile and thats removable. Of course if your not an engineer or designer, it might be
over you head on how to go about such a challenge. I have both a late model truck as well as a New Chevy SSR convertible truck also discontinued. that I can carry a bike in. I also own two street rods. Perhaps you only own your Crossfire. The point is if I want to take a bike to the beach for the day and do it in my Crossfire i can. I also could leave the bike at home or take my truck, or give up bike riding, or just walk. I tend to think it will be a challenge to build something that looks good and has a function, It may look like crap it can always be removed, But at least I'm not worried the world will look badly on me because i have a bike attached to a sports car for the day or I'm not cool, or the Designers at Chrysler are going to have a stroke. Try being positive instead of tearing things down before you even know what your talking about.
