i don't know if a Yakima would work. have to check their site and see if they have the gutter mount things. i'm thinking the frameless windows would make it a no-go. same with the hatchback mounts, typically they go around a metal hatchback frame and with ours being mostly glass on the edges i don't think it'll work either.

the Boxster thing was a Porsche accessory and i think it attached to those little "square" pads on the roof. the same ad showed a Christmas tree on the rack...oof!

i've also got two utilitarian vehicles i can schlep the bike in. if i'm going to have to leave a vehicle at the trail head i'd rather leave one of my Jeeps unattended for a few hours.

hmmm...my bike is still rattling around the back of my truck, i guess it's time to bring it in for the winter. thanks for the sorta reminder...
