Hi Mike, didn't realise you were in the UK - sounds like the dealership at Wolverhampton infact. I got my service done there - they were so to attend even before they knew I had a Crossfire - infact they were slow with everone and seemed to be messing the owner of a CL AMG about. Service was done ok, recall on fan ecu done at the same time - no problems and they give you a tin of hard sweets, that was odd.

Bought the car at the Cumbo dealership in Stoke On Trent - but didn't think I would go there for a service - that would put me in a worse position than people in the US that have to go to a Chrysler dealer.

Supprised a dealer has have taken so long to get yours sorted - what did they give you as a courtesy car?
