It does not shut itself off but simply the volume goes down to where you can not hear it.
Also the **** to adjust the side mirrors quit working but they did get it fixed!
May be time to find a new dealer to deal with the radio problem!!!!

My guess is that the dealer won't work on the radio problem but will use a third party contractor who exclusively works on radios. That is the case with most auto dealers.
