Same here, I had the dealer ship look at it twice but it was obvious they weren't interested in helping me so I gave up and just deal with it. I shift from 1-3 untill it warms up, you have to rev to 4K so it doesn't bog the motor down.

I wonder if thinner tranny fluid would work?
