Thanks to all. It's not a problem for me, and I dont know if it's temperature related or not, maybe. It was about 50 out today, short drive, and it did the same. In my old Porsche, I used Swepco 201 and it didn't seem to help my shifting at all. NO grinding, but the shifts into other gears seem like butter. I might just go to 3rd. Oh well, love the car anyway.
