It's not stainless and it won't fit in the center line of our cars, the 2-3/8" duals must be on 3-3/8 center and the output is 2-3/4 OD with total length not to exceed 6-1/2" to clear the rear differential.
You will have to mount it where the resonator was and cut and fit more pieces to make it work. But mild steel is a low cost alternative.
