Re: Why did you choose the Crossfire?
I was looking for a BMW or Corvette and saw my Xfire on the lot. I knew nothing about the car but the lines of it were just amazing. I asked the salesman for the key and was impressed by the quality of the components. What really sold me is when I closed the back hatch and it sounded like a vault door closing, you could hear the quality. I only drove it for a short distance and I was sold (it did take me about 5 minutes to figure out how to back up). I have had my car for a year now and I have had more fun in it than any car I have owned. I also have never owned a car that had a forum like this to support it. The fact that there are so many people to help with any question you have makes paying $180 for an oil change worth it. I was able to participate in the Tail of the Dragon ride and I can say I did not see another Crossfire from Myrtle Beach to the Mountains and back. It really gets the attention on the road it deserves.
