Actually, a little snow is worst than a lot (up to a point). When it is a little, the snow compresses as vehicles pass over it causing ice. With more build up you get far better traction. However, as previously said, you need weight. I have a GMC 3500 4X4 and without weight it will sit there and spin in 4X4! Put in 500# and nothing will stop it!

Similar principle applies to Crossfires. Let's face it though, if you don't break down and put new tires and wheels on it, it sucks!
