from what I've heard, I think power chip is the cheapest for a re-flash, something like $400 for 19 hp.
Just checked, Powerchip website has a Price over $ 600 !
www.inmotionusa.com lists a ECU upgrade for less than $400.
Claims to boost Hp from
215 to 238 and Torque from
229 to 247.
That sounds pretty good to me.
