Yeah, 5 star dealers are the best right...got my '05 roadster 6 weeks ago...came with one key...dealer gets me another...get to the service dept on a Sat. morning and wait about an hour (didn't realize I could program the key myself...duh)...anyhow...service guy comes out and says...oops...they must have gotten the wrong key because it doesn't work (not the fob, the key). So they'll order me a new one and call me when it's in. They call me three days later and said they had tried the wrong key and the had the right one there all along and call them before I come in the next Saturday so they'll make sure they have a tech who can program the key. So back I went and all was done in 5 minutes but still, it was a second trip for nothing. By the way,...the fob isn't working too well so I guess I have to get new batteries for it.
