I've started to notice my ESP kicking in on freeway on/off ramps. The first time I was kinda going quick but I didn't expect it to kick in. I was watching my dash ESP icon blink the whole way through the turn and I could feel the brakes engage in quick intervals through the turn as well.

This morning on my way to work I was going into another on ramp but at a much more civilized speed. The car felt weird again (the brakes being applied by the ESP) and the icon was flashing for a bit. I know for sure that there was no need for the ESP to engage.

My car is lowered and I just recently had to get a new set of rear tires (Damn Needswings intake!!!) but other than that nothing has changed on the car. I ended up going with the Goodyear Eagle F1s due to cost of the PS2s and availability.

Anyone have or notice similar behavior? The ESP/BAS warning light hasn't come on so I don't know if there really is a problem. I don't want to take my car into the dealer because more than likely they won't...
