If you think you may want more power later - do yourself a favor and drive an SRT before buying.

I bought a limited, and traded it two months later for an SRT - should've got the SRT to begin with.

Check service history for recalls and previous maint.

Transmission leaks seem to be common - but easy to fix.

I would HIGHLY recommend a warranty, especially if you don't get the 7/70 warranty transfer option.
