Well, I now know how not to replace it. My husband took a screwdriver and tried to pop off the plastic disk holding the cap tether to the fuel door flap. He did, but now it is broken and will not go back on. I do not recommend this method. Later this afternoon I will check it out and see if there was a better way to do it for future reference!
