well, lots of questions to answer, thanks so much to Brian for answering a lot of these!
i will try to answer all the ones i read, but if i miss any, please feel free to post up questions and i will follow up with them...
ALL of our pulley setups use the stock belt...if you have another pulley system currently, then you will not need the idler pulley option, if you are stock, you will need it...
boohooramblers is right, max rpm for our blower is 20,700 rpms...with the 185mm pulley, you are at 18,700 rpms...plenty of safe zone...
i am working on the fuel problem right now with Evotech, they are asking for some specific data logging and i am going to provide that this week so that they can tune the ECU for the extra fuel needed...i will be glad to report back on my findings...
heat is another issue that you have to address with the increased boost, which is why i have done all of the cooling upgrades that i have done to the car...if you do not do the cooling upgrades then you will experience heat soak with the 185mm pulley, it is inevitable...you will be able to get a couple of good runs in before having to let it cool down for a while, either by letting the car sit for a while or by cruising for a bit to let the coolant temps come back down...if you only punch the car every now and then or live in a fairly cool area most of the time, this will be much less of an issue for you...
this is why we are coming out with the LETMotorsports Heat Exchanger for the SRT-6...
i think that this is everything, but i could have left something out, please feel free to ask any additional questions...thanks!
