The sizes you stated are VERY close to the OEM overall wheel/tire size combo.

On the Fronts, the overall height will be 25.2" where the OEM is 25.1"
On the Rears, the overall height will be 26.1" where the OEM is 26.0"

So your speedometer will only be off by a little. (less than a tenth of 1%)

The biggest issue is going to be getting the proper offset for the new rims. If they don't match the originals or are very close, you MAY have rubbing issues.

I had to put a 7mm spacer on my rears to get them not to rub at full suspension travel (up).
