Sir,

The dash hawk requires that pins 6 and 14 are populated in your vehicles
OBD-II connector. You may want to take a look and check that out first.

There is also a list of vehicles that the dash hawk should work with.

If pins 6 and 14 aren't populated, the dash hawk will not work.
Generally the dash hawk only works with 2004 and newer vehicles.
