I'm sure that must be a pretty interesting story, do you have it written down somewhere? I wouldn't mind reading it, that's pretty good if you really did go through that and come out top, good job.

I'm not going to crack 120k like you, but I don't have student loans either, fortunately for me my dad went to school for 8 years and worked his *** off to become a doctor, and after years of working at the same hospital he's the medical director so he's paying for my school (thank god!). Even if he wasn't paying for it, the place I work for provides tuition for it's workers to go to school, so either way I wouldn't have free school - You probably had it worse than me growing up, but because you're not going to school you're pretty much limiting yourself. If you can make 120k a year with just a GED, imagine what you could do with a degree! You could be making so much more of yourself! College is hard, yeah, but you have the money to pay for it now right? Why not go back? Work hard for a few years and the pay off is worth it. Who knows, you could end up making upwards for 240k or even more! Wouldn't that be better than just topping out and staying on the plateau you're on now? (That's if you're on one, I don't know because you haven't told me what you normally make in a year).

As far as me falling face down in a gutter, unless someone trips me, I don't see that happening. I have pretty good balance, above average I might say

As for being a statistic, aren't we all in the big scheme of things? There are studies for just about everything. You're probably a statistic now yourself, a person with a GED that makes a good living, I'm sure someones crunched the numbers somewhere. So that makes you a statistic too! I don't know why people use that word in a negative way, because we're all statistics at some point.

I don't really know what 270 strong or what kind of stat you're qouting for your per capita (maybe the failure rate of students?). I didn't need a class in college to teach me that, I learned most about that stuff in High school in my Economics class (Awesome teacher I might add).

And if you want to take a trip down here that would be great, you can show me your car and everything you've done to it and then "school" me at the track we recently got that I mentioned earlier, maybe then you can drop the act and start actually being a nice guy?
