I thought new headlights were supposed to be installed for this issue....not a one month fix that will break again....I could seal it better with my two hands and some duct tape...anyone???
I had the same issue - they said that Chrysler warranty rules
required that they install a vent kit first but that two weeks after doing so they could order new headlights if there was still an issue. But one of my headlights was so bad that they decided to go ahead and replace it without waiting. Then it got cold outside... and the other headlight (with the newly installed vent kit) frosted up big time on the inside. I took a picture and showed it to them (see attached) and they ordered my second headlight on the spot. The warranty expired that day, so I was happy to get it in under the wire. Unfortunately I had to store my car before the headlight arrived so it's now sitting in a box in the basement waiting to be installed in the Spring. I might have to pay for the install, but at least the headlight was free.
