Thanks, I have the numbers... which they don't even like me knowing about. What I have started doing is write out the work I want done and give it to the service guy. Then I review what he writes down on the work order.
Here's the one for today:

Warranty Work Requested

„ Driverfs side window still has wind noise above 50 MPH coming from upper front corner.
NOTE: From the top front corner of the window and continuing back for 5-6 inches, the window is not properly seated against the inside seal. Check passengerfs window and other cars on your lot for comparison.
(There is a new TSB out you may want to consider: TSB 23-014-04... May 4, 2004).
„ Spoiler makes a noticeable squeak when it deploys at speed, sometimes louder than other times. It also does it gsometimesh when deployed manually while the car is sitting still.
Note: Lubricating the outside linkage is only a temporary fix at best. In my opinion, lubricating the outside linkage will attract more dust and dirt making the situation worse down the road. I request the enclosed motor and gear area be inspected first.
„ Check the radiator hose is not hitting the fan shroud as per the customer notification card received in the mail. (RC-D11-04... Issue Date: 04/2004)
Thank you,

It might be ****... but I'm tired of the attitude and crappy service. It's a CYA kind of thing.
