Good news guys........I got DickB's MP3 adaptor installed and it works like a charm. By that I mean that we now have a hardwired MP3 hookup solution for the standard radio. No more FM transmitter needed
It plugs in between the radio and the original radio connector and has an OFF/ON switch and of course your standard 3.5mm audio jack to connect to your ipod or mp3 player.
The radio has to be off and MP3 switch on to play thru your car speakers. The only draw back is that you can't use the radio to control volume and settings. You do that thru your MP3 player.

Once DickB is ready to sell these, I would like to see it added to FP's vendor thread
