I've bought a few things from that guy. I paid immediately and he sent relatively fast. What gets me is he sends an email stating that he'll give me a good rating AFTER I give him one. WTF is up with that? AFTER I give him a good rating when I paid fast? Needless to say I never gave him a rating.
